Residential treatment in this country is expensive. Even where insurance covers part of it, there are deductibles, co-pays, and the small matter of having insurance in the first place — which a man who has been in active addiction for two years usually doesn’t, because the job went first.
So the moment passes. Not because he wasn’t ready. Because he was ready on a Tuesday and the money would have taken three weeks.
We built this program to remove that specific failure point.

This program is not free. Housing, food, utilities, staff, materials, and six months of somebody’s full attention all cost real money. Every dollar of it is covered by churches, business owners, and individuals across Northwest Arkansas who decided that a man’s bank balance shouldn’t be what determines whether he gets a chance.
Most of them will never meet you. They do it anyway.
That’s worth knowing on the hard days. You’re not receiving a handout from an institution. Actual people in this community put money down on the possibility that you’d walk through the door.

A fair question
Does no cost mean
lower quality?
It’s worth asking, so here’s a straight answer.
What money buys in treatment is largely amenities and clinical services — private rooms, medical staff, licensed therapy. We don’t provide those, and we say so plainly. If you need medical detox or psychiatric care, this is not the right place and we’ll tell you so on the phone.
What we do provide costs a great deal in time and attention and comparatively little in dollars: discipleship, mentorship, structure, brotherhood, work, and six months of someone paying attention to you. Those are the things that make recovery hold, and they’re not what the price tag in this industry is usually attached to.
We’d rather run a program that’s honest about what it is and open to everyone than an expensive one that turns men away at the door.
Eligibility, plainly
Who
can come
Men 18 and older who want to be free from addiction and are willing to do six months of hard work.
That’s the requirement. Not a clean record, not a job, not a place to stay, not money, not insurance, not faith figured out in advance.
What to bring: toiletries, clothes, work boots, and a photo ID. Medications go through the office when you arrive — Tiffanie sorts that out with you during the interview.
