Giving
Your giving is the reason
a man can walk in with nothing
Every man in this program arrived without paying for it. Somebody else carried that cost. That somebody is people like you.
The short version
What your money
actually does
There’s a moment — usually brief, usually at the worst point of someone’s life — when a man decides he’s finished. What happens in the next few days determines almost everything.
If there’s a bed, a phone number, and nobody asking for a credit card, he goes. If there isn’t, the moment passes, and for some men it doesn’t come back around.
Giving to this ministry is how that door stays open. That’s the whole proposition.
Where it goes
What giving
pays for
Beds and daily operation
Housing, food, utilities, and the plain cost of a man living somewhere for six months.
Discipleship and materials
Curriculum, Bibles, study resources, and the people who lead it.
Workforce and leadership training
The instruction that sends a man out employable rather than just sober.
Family restoration
Support for the wives, mothers, and children who have been living in this too.
Keeping the door open
Every dollar given is a dollar a man in crisis doesn’t have to produce on the worst week of his life.
Ways to give
Monthly giving —
the one that helps most
A ministry can only commit to a man for six months if it knows what’s coming in for six months. One-time gifts are a genuine blessing and we’re grateful for every one. But recurring giving is what lets us say yes to someone in March and still be standing in September.
Monthly partners are the backbone of this work. If you’re deciding between a larger one-time gift and a smaller monthly one, the monthly one does more.

One-time gifts
Give once, at whatever amount makes sense. Every gift goes into the same place — keeping men in the program and keeping the cost off them.
In-kind donations
Not everything a ministry needs comes as money. Furniture, work clothing, tools, vehicles, building materials, food, professional services.
Business partnership
If you own a business in Northwest Arkansas, there’s more you can do than write a check — though checks are welcome. Hire a graduate. Host a training session. Underwrite part of the program.

Giving as a church
For congregations
in Northwest Arkansas
Churches partner with this ministry in several ways: a line in the missions budget, a special offering, a benevolence referral pathway, or people from your congregation serving here directly.
Addiction is already in your pews. Most pastors in this region know it and have wished for somewhere to send a man on a Monday morning. We’d like to be that somewhere.
Why we don’t charge the men
A decision we’ve
made permanently
We could charge. Most programs do, and nobody would fault us.
We don’t, because the men who need this most are reliably the men who can least afford it, and we’re not willing to let a bank balance be the thing that decides. A fee would make this ministry more stable and less useful. We’d rather be useful and ask for help.
That’s what your giving buys — not a discount for men who can’t pay, but the removal of the question entirely.
Accountability
You should know
where your money went
People who give to a ministry deserve to see what came of it. We’d rather be asked hard questions than avoid them.

Another way to help
If you can’t
give right now
Money isn’t the only thing this ministry runs on.
Pray for the men here by name if you know them, and by number if you don’t. Tell a family who’s struggling that we exist. Send this to your pastor. Mention us to a business owner who hires.
A referral that reaches the right family at the right moment is worth as much as a gift.
